แนวคิด ปรัชญา ความหมาย ความสำคัญของการเกษตรทางเลือก พัฒนาการเกษตรของประเทศไทย การเกษตรกับปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมและคุณภาพชีวิต รูปแบบ วิธีการของเกษตรทางเลือก การตัดสินใจเลือกการทำการเกษตรที่เหมาะสมกับสิ่งแวดล้อมของชุมชนเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตและพัฒนาชุมชนให้ยั่งยืน
โดยศึกษาระบบการเกษตร เช่น เกษตรผสมผสาน วนเกษตร การเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ เกษตรธรรมชาติ เกษตรอินทรีย์ เป็นต้น
Concept, philosophy, meaning, the crucial of alternative agriculture for community development, the development of agriculture in Thailand, agriculture with environmental problems and quality of life, types, method of alternative agriculture, the decision to select
the agriculture which is proper to community environment for supporting the quality of life and develop community sustainable by studying agriculture system such as agro-forestry, integrated farming System, natural farming and organic agriculture.
