หลักการและทฤษฎีการจัดการพื้นที่ พร้อมทั้งมิติทางศาสนา ความเชื่อ ของสังคม ภายใต้ระบบนิเวศชุมชน และสิ่งแวดล้อมเนื่องด้วยชุมชนมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดเวลา มีการปรับตัวและสมดุลบนฐานการปฏิบัติลองผิดลองถูกจนเกิดความรู้ในการแก้ปัญหา นำไปสู่ความรอบรู้หรือปัญญาในการแก้ปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบที่เชื่อมโยงกัน นั้นหมายถึงชุมชนมีการพึ่งพาอาศัยและจัดการความรู้อย่างเป็นระบบที่สัมพันธ์ ทั้ง กลไก โครงสร้างและการจัดความสัมพันธ์ที่ต่อเนื่องอย่างสมดุล
Principles and theories of area- based management, including religious and social dimensions, under ecosystem and environment as community is constantly changing. Adaptation and balance on the basis of trial and error leads to problem solving knowledge, contributes to the wisdom for systematic problem solving, and interconnected. This means that the community is systematically dependent on and managing knowledge through the relations of mechanisms, structures and relationship organizations that are consistently balanced.
